One of our long term local commercial clients who we’ve worked with on various roofing repairs and other projects contacted us with a big problem on one of their vacant properties: it had been overrun with raccoons! The exterior experts at All Area Roofing & Construction had helped them beautify other properties, so they knew we could handle the job.

We got some of our techs out to the site right away, so we could determine how the raccoons had gotten into the building. Next we had to figure out how to lure them out and trap them! Using the ingenuity all our contractors pride themselves on, our techs found some very “special grilled meats” that got the job done! We got all the animals into humane traps so we could remove them from the property. The raccoon family found a new more appropriate home, and they’re doing well.

Vero Beach Marina – New Metal Roof just in time!

A marina in Vero Beach, Florida found All Area Roofing & Construction online and called our main office in a panic. Their metal roofs had major rusting and leaks. Our roofing experts visited the site, found problems in the roof as well as the underlying structure, and then created a detailed proposal that worked with the local customers needs and stayed within budget.

Once the marina owner was perfectly happy with the proposal, our fully bonded and safety certified contractors leapt to work. First they had to strip the old metal roof down to the wood, and then look through that wooden roof support for damage, too. All Area Roofing & Construction replaced the damaged wooden decking too, as well as replacing damaged roof parts on the building like siding. Then these experienced roofing contractors installed a metal roof and gutters as well.
